Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

- Arrive on time and let us know in advance if plans change.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Booking
Appointments can be requested through our website form, by phone, or on WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to availability and, for new families, an initial assessment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can — ideally at least 24 hours — so we can offer the slot to another family who needs it.
We understand children get unwell and emergencies happen; we handle these with care and flexibility. Any specific charges will always be communicated to you clearly in advance.

The content, therapy materials, methods, name, and logo on this website belong to OT Cloud Therapy Center or the people we work with. You're welcome to read and use our resources for your own family's benefit.
