  • Basic technical data — such as your browser type and general usage information, collected to keep our website working well.

2. Appointment & Clinical Records

Enquiries submitted through our website are stored so our team can respond to you and arrange your child's assessment. Access is limited to our therapists and clinical administrators who need it to support your family.

We keep records only for as long as they are needed to care for your child or to meet applicable legal and healthcare requirements, after which they are securely removed.

3. WhatsApp & Communication

We offer WhatsApp and phone as convenient ways to reach us for scheduling and general questions. Please note:

  • Detailed clinical results and diagnoses are shared during sessions or through appropriate channels — not through routine WhatsApp messages.
  • We contact you only about your enquiry and your child's care, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
  • WhatsApp provides its own end-to-end encryption; messages you send are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use cookies to help it function and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our pages so we can improve them. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
